Our beliefs.
Farmer Anna's lamb is born and raised on the farm, on our species rich pastures in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. Our lamb is hung for 7 days so it can mature which helps it develop it's depth of flavour and increases tenderness. Pink Pig is a regenerative farm, committed to nurturing the land and fostering sustainable agriculture practices. Our farm has a diverse ecosystem that supports healthy soil, vibrant crops, and thriving livestock.
